This Privacy Policy explains what information CreatorOS collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This page is maintained by CreatorOS to answer common privacy questions about our Service. It is not an independent certification.

Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials.
Profile & product data: onboarding answers, niche, platform, tasks, missions, goals, and planner entries you create in the app.
Billing information: handled by Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (plan, status, last 4 digits) but not full card numbers.
Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.

How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
To personalize AI suggestions and planning outputs.
To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
To send transactional emails (e.g., password reset, receipts) from our domain.
To secure our systems and prevent abuse.

Subprocessors

We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including our hosting/database provider, Stripe (payments), and Google (AI model inference through our AI gateway). These providers only receive the data required to perform their services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the subprocessors above, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security on user data, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Retention

We retain account and product data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@creatorcoo.app.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or email.
