Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your CreatorOS subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with CreatorOS within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us at support@creatorcoo.app and we will issue a full refund for that charge — no questions asked.

Beyond the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past ones.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. If we cannot successfully bill your card, your paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.
