Terms of Service

Welcome to CreatorOS. By accessing or using our website, applications, and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CreatorOS is an operating system for creators and founders. It includes daily missions, weekly planning, goals, analytics, playbooks, and a Chief Operating Officer ("COO") that helps you plan and execute. The COO is powered by third-party language models routed through our gateway. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse or interfere with the Service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) use the Service to violate any law; (d) upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; or (e) use the COO or any automated feature to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant CreatorOS a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.

6. COO Output

Suggestions, plans, and drafts produced by the COO are generated by language models and are provided "as is." They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing them and deciding whether to act on any output.

7. Intellectual Property

CreatorOS and its underlying technology, design, and branding are owned by CreatorOS and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business, revenue, or growth outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
